unlearnpain · neuroplasticity coaching for persistent pain
Pain is real. The brain can change.
For some medically evaluated persistent pain, the brain and nervous system can learn to keep the alarm turned up. Tinta is a neuroplasticity coach that helps you spot that pattern in your own experience and practise a different response.
For adults with medically evaluated persistent pain. General wellness, not diagnosis or medical care.
Why this is needed
Nearly one in four U.S. adults reported chronic pain in 2023.
24.3% reported chronic pain, and 8.5% reported pain that frequently limited life or work. Appointments matter, but they cannot capture every flare, calmer hour, interrupted plan, or ordinary moment between visits.
For some people, damage does not fully explain the pain.
The International Association for the Study of Pain uses the term nociplastic pain for pain arising from altered nociception when clear tissue damage or a lesion of the sensory system does not explain it. The pain is still real. A clinician, not unlearnpain, determines what kind of pain someone may have.
Tinta is the neuroplasticity coach inside unlearnpain. It helps you separate what you feel from what the alarm predicts, notice patterns in your own experience, and try short practices. It does not diagnose, declare a cause, or tell you an activity is medically safe.

Turn a blur of days into something you can inspect.
Tinta can suggest a possible observation and show the exact journal words behind it. You see what is supported, what remains uncertain, and decide what belongs in your record.

A firm safety line
Reflection belongs beside human care, not in its place.
unlearnpain is for adults whose persistent pain has already been evaluated. New, severe, or changing symptoms need a qualified clinician. Tinta cannot diagnose, advise on medication, or decide whether movement is medically safe.
